We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information for third-party marketing purposes. We share information only with:

• Twilio Inc. — to deliver SMS and voice services
• Kinde — to authenticate your account and manage sessions
• Vercel — to host and serve the application
• Service providers who assist us in operating the service, under confidentiality obligations
• Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

SMS Messaging

By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox on lime.day, you consent to receive SMS messages from Limeday. Message frequency is up to 5 messages per month. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account closure or request, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
