What we do, and don't do, with your data

Lime Day sits on the phone line between you and your customers. That is a lot of trust to ask for, so here is exactly what we will and will not do with what passes through it — in plain words, not in a privacy policy.

Your customer list is yours

We don't sell contacts, rent them, or hand them to a data broker. The phone numbers your customers call from exist so you can call them back — that is the whole purpose we hold them for.

We don't read your calls to train anything

Call summaries are generated for you, shown to you, and stored against your account. They are not pooled into a training set and not used to build a product you never asked for.

We don't track your crew

No GPS breadcrumbs, no geofences, no screenshots, no idle timers. Other tools in this trade sell exactly that. We think a business line should tell you a customer called, not where your electrician had lunch.

Your personal focus data never touches your business

Lime Focus — the timer app — is personal. Its tasks and history live on your phone, sync only to your own account, and are never joined to a team, a lead, or a customer record. A coworker cannot see them. Neither can an owner.

Shared links expire and can be revoked

When you share something out of Lime Day, the link carries only what you chose to put in it, stops working on a date you set, and can be killed at any time. No analytics run on those pages.

Deleting means deleting

Close your account and your cloud data goes with it — call logs, requests, share links. We will not keep a shadow copy for our own analysis.

Who this product isn't for

If what you want is a way to check whether your crew is really at the job site, we are the wrong tool and we would rather say so now than sell you a subscription you will cancel. Lime Day is for catching the work you are missing, not for watching the people doing it.

The formal version, with the legal specifics, is in our privacy policy. If anything on this page ever stops being true, it comes off the page.
